“negative” calorie foods
Although all foods contain calories, some foods classified as “negative calories” because it increases the body’s calorie foods burn is included. The more you eat these “negative calorie foods” you can lose more weight. However, this does not mean you should not just eat in moderation, take it as 1000, the negative calorie foods (like carrots), burn at a very healthy thing.
